Priyanka Chopra Jonas has a fabulous body, fit from every angle and looks superb in whatever she wears. In a recent interview with Pinkvilla, the actress shared what she loves to indulge in, the food she loves to eat and how she maintains herself. Here are some key points that even we all can follow.
Priyanka says that she loves food and just cannot help it. Her life revolves around food and instead of avoiding it all, she has found smart ways to deal with it.
"I have breakfast talking about lunch, lunch talking about dinner. Especially around Diwali and Christmas, I always put on weight. January, February & March it takes me time to shed those extra kilos and come back to my summer body," she said.
Speaking of the Morning rituals that she does for health is coffee first thing but then "that doesn't count, so I try at least thrice a week, to do a quick workout."
The "Sky Is Pink" actress says that she likes skipping.
"I love it, which I used to do in school and during Mary Kom, I learnt it really well. It is easy to carry in your bag as well."
What Does Priyanka Eat For Breakfast?
I go for omelet toast, avocado toast, idli, dosa or poha. In India, I do paranthas in the morning. In India, I eat only 'ghar ka khana'.
For Lunch?
"I am eating Nachni rotis (ragi rotis) these days. They are healthy and taste good as well. Since I am going all vegetarian these days, I love bhindi, dal, aloo gobi. I always need curd, aachar (pickles) and salads are very important. I eat roast fish, veggies, fresh salads.
For Dinner?
My dinner is boring. I always start with soup and then have what I had for lunch.
For Snacks?
Priyanka shared that she tries to ditch popcorns and instead goes for makhanas or fox nuts. The actress also loves chaat, a lot.
Not a morning person.

Any Lifestyle changes she has made?
I have stopped having a lot of coffee. I Drink a lot of water. I have a bottle (she made a gesture of a 500 ml capacity bottle bu then that is just a guess), I have 7 times of that everyday without fail. Hydration is very important.
