Apart from a strict workout regime, the Chaiyya Chaiyya girl also pays close attention to her diet and that includes beginning her day with warm lemon and honey water. She follows this by detoxifying her body by drinking a litre of water after 30 minutes. For breakfast, Malaika Arora eats a bowl of fresh mixed fruits and opts for idli/upma/poha/multigrain toast with egg whites. After a while as a mid-morning breakfast snack she drinks a glass of fresh vegetable juice and eats 2 brown bread toasts with egg whites.

The fitness freak starts the days by having hot water in which apple cider vinegar has been mixed, which she says is good for her skin. After this she drinks a cup of black coffee that has a teaspoon of coconut oil. Then she eats fruits and cold coffee before starting her workout. She also eats eggs with toast to get an energy boost. Whenever Mandira is travelling, she opts to have regular eggs with toast, waffle and coffee.
