Milk Tea With Cardamom
All you have to do here is crush 2 cardamom pods for a cup of tea and then pour in boiling water. Next, add milk and tea leaves and make your regular milk tea. You can spice it up even more by adding mashed ginger.

Cardamom-Pepper Tea
In this tea, you will need 2 cloves, cardamoms and a small cinnamon piece to make 2 cups of tea. Let the tea simmer so that the spices can blend into the water properly. After half an hour, add milk to it, give it a boil and then strain.
Black Tea
If you like black tea then you can just boil 2 cardamoms in hot water and then strain the leaves. Black tea has many health benefits. This tea is said to help in boosting heart health, lower cholesterol, reduce BP, improve gut health, and also has antioxidant properties which makes it good for anti-ageing.
You can prepare the tea any way you like but make a slight addition which is that of cardamom pods. However, it is best that you consult your doctor or dietician as to which concoction suits you best.
