Alia Bhatt is one of the finest and healthiest actors India has. She has always preached healthy eating. In November, she gave birth to her daughter Raha, and in no time, she was back to entertain her fans.
One of the new milestones that Bhatt will achieve in her career this year will be walking the carpets of the annual Met Gala 2023. According to reports, the actor will make her debut this year. If you follow her, here is her diet plan that will help you stay fit and healthy like her.
For many who are not aware, the Times of India reported in 2020 that Bhatt has gone vegan, which means she prefers to consume only plant-based food. In one of the old interviews, she said that it was the best decision she made as it would help her protect the environment, enhance her health and stop the suffering of animals.

In one of her videos on her YouTube channel, Bhatt walked her viewers through her morning routine. She mentioned in the video that the first thing she used to consume in the morning was coffee, however, gave up on it.
Her new favourite beverage was hot water with lemon. It is known to improve digestion, add vitamin C, aid in weight loss and keep the body hydrated.

In an interview with Vogue in 2018, Bhatt’s nutritionist Angie Kassabie shared that the actor preferred clean food items, including seafood and vegetables. Protein pasta was also a part of her diet.
While she was in Bulgaria, she used to add carbs to her meals via rice and had desserts every day which were low in cholesterol, carbs, fats and calories.
In order to flush out toxins from her body, she prefers to have juices with all her meals.

Bhatt indulged in a lot of exercises and ate customised but balanced meals to shed weight after welcoming Raha. She did the same in 2012 before making her debut in the Hindi film industry with Student of the Year.
Her dietician then shared her routine in which Bhatt used to have a lot of seasonal fruits, eggs, herbal tea and healthy snacks. She preferred jowar in the summer season and bajra in the winter season.
Bhatt used to consume six to eight portioned meals in a day, which is something many dieticians suggest. In an old interview, she said, “I make it a point to have eight meals a day. That way, I can limit my portion sizes and food gets digested easily. That diet has worked for me.”

Alia Bhatt’s Diet Changes Frequently

In her second episode of Alia Bhatt’s Kitchen, the actor mentioned that her personal chef Dilip often travels with her. He jokingly said that Bhatt’s diet changes four to five times a month. She agreed that she gets bored with one diet so she changes it often.
She loves to have dahi chawal (curd rice), with vegetables, either pumpkin or lady finger. The actor likes dal chawal, khichdi, lassi, curd, salads and buttermilk. Alia Bhatt loves to relish sweet delicacies and adds ghee to her dishes.
