Ingredients For Herbal
- 1 Teaspoon crushed cumin (jeera) seeds
- 1 Teaspoon crushed cardamom (elaichi)
- 1 Teaspoon dry rose petals
- 1 Teaspoon fennel (saunf) seeds
- 1 Teaspoon coriander seeds
Method To Prepare Herbal Tea
In 500ml water, soak all the seeds and rose petals overnight. You can also soak the ingredient for just 3 hours before drinking.
In the morning, strain the ingredients and drink the tea. Dr Savaliya suggested drinking the tea on an empty stomach or an hour before or after meals. You can prepare a day batch in advance and carry it to your office in a travel mug.

According to the Ayurvedic expert, tea is not only helpful in managing PCOS, but it also helps to deal with menopause and menarche. People struggling with acidity, bloating, mood swings, fatigue, anxiety, hot flashes, insomnia, indigestion, migraine, and stress can consume this tea every day.

According to the expert, coriander seeds in this tea will boost metabolism, improve hormonal balance, and energise the body. They can also reduce symptoms of menopause like hot flashes.
Dry Rose Petals
Dr Savaliya mentioned in her caption that dry rose petals help the body to cool down. They have a resting effect on the mind as well as on your gut. They help you to improve your sleep patterns and reduce cortisol levels.
Cardamom
The expert said that cardamom helps keep frequent cravings at bay, helps you feel satiated for a long time, and improves your mood.
