If ghee suits you and you suffer from constipation frequently, this home remedy is for you. You should consume a tablespoon of ghee before going to bed or an empty stomach in the morning.
The expert suggested eating ghee made from cow’s milk. Ghee from Buffaloes’ milk might not work as expected.
Another way to clean your colon is by adding a tablespoon of ghee to a glass of 200 ml of warm water. You should drink it first thing in the morning, and you will notice your bowel movements getting back on track.
