In the film, Vikrant Massey portrays the serial killer, Prem Singh, who is pursued by Deepak Dobriyal as a determined police inspector. The trailer begins by introducing Prem Singh (Vikrant) as a housekeeper in a wealthy neighbourhood in Sector 36. It opens with Inspector Ram Charan Pandey (Deepak Dobriyal) interrogating Prem in a dimly lit room while a video camera captures the scene.

The trailer unfolds deliberately, showcasing Inspector Pandey, a devoted father and husband, as he relentlessly pursues the elusive Prem Singh despite warnings to back off. With the lives of the missing children hanging in the balance, the high-stakes chase between Prem Singh and the determined inspector creates a gripping narrative, making 'Sector 36' a compelling watch.

Vikrant Massey’s Powerful Performance As A Villian

Vikrant Massey takes on his first villainous role in ‘Sector 36,’ portraying Prem, who is seen in the trailer luring a child with a chocolate in the slums of Sector 36. The trailer reveals chilling scenes that suggest Prem's involvement in a murder. Inspector Ram Charan Pandey’s investigation leads him to Prem’s workplace at a bungalow, where he questions Prem’s affluent employer.

Talking about his role in the film, Vikrant Massey told Netflix, “Portraying Prem in this film was a completely new experience for me. Playing a complex and frightening killer who can blend in as an ordinary person has been quite challenging.”
