Marvel fans are getting a treat this week with a double-episode release. You will not have to wait long to see the fallout of Matt’s unmasking alongside Karen Page and Wilson Fisk.
You will need an active Jio Hotstar subscription to stream the new episodes.
The second season wastes no time getting to the action. We open with the mysterious destruction of the Northern Star, a ship secretly loaded with military-grade weaponry. Wilson Fisk, paranoid that the surviving captain and first mate might talk, begins quietly hunting them down.
Former detective Cherry tries to get to the witnesses first, but this puts her right in the crosshairs of Fisk’s Anti-Vigilante Task Force. They capture her, and when Daredevil steps in to help, he loses focus and takes a severe beating. The Task Force rips off the cowl, exposing the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen. Just as things look bleak for Matt, Benjamin Poindexter—better known as Bullseye—arrives, lethally dispatching the corrupt officers and rescuing his former enemy.

Episodes 2 and 3 will dive heavily into Bullseye’s new motives. Benjamin Poindexter previously found purpose serving Wilson Fisk, a path that dragged him into a life of brutal violence. After realising Fisk was just manipulating him, Benjamin tried to kill the crime boss twice. Now, he seems to be looking for a way to clear his ledger.
Wilson Bethel recently teased what is going on in Benjamin’s head as the series returns, mentioning that the villain actually feels quite driven right now. Bullseye genuinely believes he is walking down a path of redemption. Sure, his version of making amends is completely twisted, but Benjamin honestly thinks he is doing the right thing. The recent trailers definitely back this up. They show a rather bloody dinner scene where Bullseye massacres a chunk of the Anti-Vigilante Task Force, a brutal showdown we will likely get to watch as early as episode 2.'

The story is also expanding its political scope. The upcoming episodes will likely explore the mysterious Mr Charles, who has rumoured ties to the CIA and might be working alongside Valentina Allegra de Fontaine.
