In a recent Reddit post, a woman claimed that she matched with her brother-in-law on an online dating app Tinder. She shared the entire wild story on Reddit. She wrote that she saw her brother-in-law on Tinder, which left her furious. However, to double-check and gather ‘proof’, the woman ended up setting up a fake profile and right-swiped her brother-in-law’s profile, only to get a match back. The woman claimed that they began to text each other, where the brother-in-law, unaware of her identity, revealed that his wife, the woman’s sister, was cheating on him. The post went viral and netizens started flooding the comment section with bizarre solutions.

The post was shared by the handle ‘strawberry-soul7777’. The Reddit post read, “I just matched with my bro-in-law on Tinder. You’re NOT gonna believe what just happened. So, I found my sister’s husband on Tinder. Yeah, Tinder. I was like, are you kidding me right now? This dude is out here swiping like he’s single when he’s married to my sister. I was fuming. Like, my blood was boiling just thinking about how he was out here betraying her like this. So naturally, I decided to catch him in the act; I made a fake profile... don't judge me, okay? I just had to see for myself. And lemme tell you, my hands were shaking. but i hit that like button, and guess what? MATCH. He matched with me immediately.”

Some of them commented that the incident was fake, however, some suggested the woman to further investigate the matter and set up a fake profile to check up on her sister if she was cheating or not. A few of the users suggested arranging a fake date to see if the brother-in-law would come.
