Niharika Konidela is a renowned Television presenter, Telugu actor, and producer who worked in television and web series before foraying into film production. Born on December 18, 1993, Niharika completed her education in Hyderabad, attending St. Mary's College, Hyderabad. She is the daughter of actor and producer Nagendra 'Naga' Babu and Padmaja Konidela and the younger sister of actor Varun Tej. She belongs to the most powerful Telugu cinema dynasty, the Konidela-Allu family, as she is the niece of Tollywood legends Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan, while her cousins include Ram Charan, Allu Arjun, Sai Dharam Tej, Vaisshnav Tej, and Allu Sirish.
Niharika's career spans from television presenter to production. Despite her privileged background, she maintained a humble lifestyle. She hosted popular shows like Dhee Ultimate Dance Show (Dhee Juniors) and made her film debut in 2016 with her romantic drama 'Oka Manasu'. According to a report by Siasat, Niharika's net worth is estimated to be ₹33 crore, due to her significant involvement in the entertainment industry.
Niharika tied the knot with Chaitanya Jonnalagadda, a Hyderabad-based techie and businessman. She was married in December 2020 in a big fat wedding held in Udaipur, Rajasthan. However, the couple officially announced their divorce in July 2023.

Niharika recently opened up about how she faces and handles online criticism throughout her production journey. Working as an independent producer, critics often question her choices for working with newcomers and producing VFX-heavy projects. During the pre-release event for 'Raakaasaa', she stated, "When I made my debut as a producer with Committee Kurrollu, people questioned why I was working with newcomers instead of reputed stars. Now, with Rakasa, people are asking why I am not making films like Committee Kurrollu and why I have chosen a VFX-heavy project."
She says that people will never stop commenting, regardless of what she produces, mentioning, "That is why I have decided to keep moving forward, no matter what. I am learning with every film as a producer. Just as I value the Konidela family name, my production banner, Pink Elephant Pictures, matters to me deeply. I won’t stop; I will continue making the movies I believe in."
