As per the reports by TechCrunch, LinkedIn is getting ready to launch a TikTok-like short video feed feature soon. The rumour is that LinkedIn is working on developing a new video feed feature to enable its users to engage with career-focused videos with user connections and entertainment options. LinkedIn’s Video Feed Feature In The Making?
The reports suggest the users will be indulged in a vertical feed of short videos that they will be able to access by easily swiping after they select the video button. Austin Null, a strategy director at McKinney first spotted the feature, as per the reports by TechCrunch. On his LinkedIn profile, Null shared a brief demonstration of the application presenting the latest feed, situated on the navigation bar as the ‘Video’ tab.

According to the reports, the users will also be allowed to like the video and share comments, along with the option to share the video with others. While there is no official confirmation and no specifics revealed by the company, it is expected that the new feature will be focused on promoting interaction and engagement between recruiters and job searchers.
As per a report by TechCrunch, LinkedIn is also planning to add three puzzle-based games named ‘Queens,’ ‘Inference,’ and ‘Crossclimb’ to the platform for a fun and interactive user experience. A LinkedIn official spokesperson also confirmed the news of such development, however, specifics and an official release date haven’t been announced yet.
