Koffee With Karan: Shahid Kapoor Hints At 'Big Announcement' About Kiara Advani

The promo for the upcoming episode of Koffee With Karan is out and audiences will get to see the Kabir Singh co-stars, Kiara Advani and Shahid Kapoor, back together. The promo includes a glimpse of the video shown to actor Sidharth Malhotra on last week’s episode featuring Advani not “denying or accepting” their alleged relationship.

Karan Johar took to social media on August 22, 2022, to release the promo of the episode due this week on August 25. “This jodi has everyone's hearts 'preeti' melted with their on-screen presence, but on the Koffee couch they were as candid as they get!” wrote the host.

The seventh season of Koffee With Karan has been all about ‘manifestation’. Johar has been repeatedly bringing it up in every episode citing how Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif, among other celebrity duos got married after ‘manifesting’ it on the couch.

Sidharth Malhotra and Vicky Kaushal Episode

In the last episode of the show that aired on August 18, actors Sidharth Malhotra and Vicky Kaushal graced the Koffee couch. During the show, Malhotra was seen ‘manifesting’ a brighter future for his relationship in an answer to Johar’s question on his relationship with Advani. It was at the same time that Johar showed a video clip to the guests where Advani was seen talking about her relationship with Malhotra and how they were more than “close friends”. In the same show.

The latest 49-second promo video featured a glimpse of the same video to which Kapoor said there will be an upcoming “big announcement at the end of the year and it is not a film.” And, we are taking it as a hint of the celeb duo’s marriage.

Johar, in the promo video, was also quick to point out that Advani and Malhotra look “gorgeous” together and “bacche kamaal ke honge (the couple’s kids will be awesome).”

The upcoming episode featuring the Kabir Singh lead duo sure looks fun. We need to wait and watch to see if there are any exciting deets regarding the rumored lovebirds - Advani and Malhotra.
