iQOO 15R: iQOO is now officially teasing the next speed monster it has up its sleeves for the Indian market: the iQOO 15R. A premium mid-ranger that disrupts the market, the iQOO 15R promises the speed of a flagship, coupled with a large battery.
While iQOO India CEO Nipun Marya has officially teased the device on the social media platform X with the tagline ‘Power that fits just right,’ an exact launch date has not yet been announced. However, industry insiders and recent teasers suggest a launch window in early February 2026. The phone has been confirmed as an Amazon Special and will also be available on the official iQOO India store.
The iQOO 15R is expected to be a rebranded version of the iQOO Z11 Turbo (launched recently in China), focusing heavily on raw power and efficiency.
Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5.
Display: 6.59-inch 1.5K flat OLED display along with a high 144Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 5,000 nits.
Battery & Charging: A gigantic 7,600mAh battery, with silicon-anode tech and support for 100W wired fast charging.
Storage/RAM: Expected to feature 12GB, 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM, with a maximum of 512GB UFS
Durability: Rumoured to have IP68 & IP69, providing excellent protection against dirt & water.
Security: Comes with a 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor.

iQOO is moving away from the triple-camera setup seen on the flagship iQOO 15, opting for a streamlined but powerful dual-camera system on the 15R.
Primary Camera: A 200MP Samsung HP5 sensor allowing for clear image capture, coupled with Optical Image Stabilisation.
Secondary Camera: 8MP Ultra-Wide camera lens, optimised for landscape photography.
Selfie Camera: Featuring a 32MP front camera, it comes with a centred punch-hole cutout.
Design: In the rear, there’s a distinct checkered design in a square-shaped camera module. It's exclusive to the Indian model. This is in addition to the fingerprint scanner.
To compete with the likes of the OnePlus 15R and Realme’s GT series, iQOO is expected to price this ‘flagship-lite’ aggressively.
Base Variants (12GB RAM + 256GB): Expected to be priced around ₹35,999 to ₹38,999
Top Variant (16GB + 512GB): The price can go up to ₹45,999
With bank offers, the effective starting price could go even lower towards the ₹33,000 mark, making it one of the most budget-friendly devices in the Indian market with the powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset.
