iQOO 15R Launch Today: iQOO has officially expanded its performance-oriented lineup in India with the launch of the iQOO 15R today, February 24, 2026. Designed to bridge the gap between mid-range pricing and flagship power, the 15R is being marketed as the speedster’s choice for the first half of the year.
The iQOO 15R launches in the cutthroat flagship killer category with two variants:
8GB RAM + 128GB Storage: ₹34,999
12GB RAM + 256GB Storage: ₹38,999
Though iQOO is all about performance, the 15R doesn’t compromise on cameras. It comes with a 50MP OIS Main Camera and an 8MP Ultra-wide lens. For selfies, it has a 16MP front camera that is optimised for natural skin tones. The smartphone arrives in two striking colours:
Cyber Green: This is a bold, textured finish that has a subtle gradient effect, which changes as it catches the light.
Phantom Black: This is a sophisticated, matte AG glass finish that resists fingerprints.
This is where the iQOO 15R excels. It comes with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 (which was the best flagship processor last year), so rest assured that it can run any game at the highest possible settings. It also comes with a Supercomputing Chip Q1 for frame interpolation and 4K upscaling in games.
Display: It comes with a 6.78-inch FHD+ LTPO AMOLED display with a scorching 144Hz refresh rate.
Brightness: It has a peak brightness of 3,000 nits, so it is perfect for outdoor use.

Battery & Charging: Comes with a staggering 5,500mAh battery and 120W FlashCharge technology that charges the battery from 0 to 100% in just 25 minutes.
Cooling: Boasts a 6K VC Liquid Cooling system that ensures the phone doesn’t throttle during heavy gaming.
Software: Runs on Funtouch OS 16, which is based on Android 16, and comes with a promise of 3 years of OS updates.
Haptics: Features an X-Axis Linear Motor that provides 4D game vibration.
If you are a mobile gamer or a heavy user who values speed and screen quality over a professional-grade camera, then the iQOO 15R is, without a doubt, the best value-for-money offering in the sub-₹35k segment. Although it doesn't have a telephoto camera or wireless charging, its sheer processing prowess, ridiculous charging speeds, and 144Hz screen make it a force to be considered with the Nothing Phone 3 and OnePlus 13R. It is a performance-first monster that serves up exactly what the Gen-Z crowd wants.
