While the Facebook-owned platform has billions of users around the world and it offers end-to-end encryption during the exchange of messages, there are still ways people can hack your account. Fraudsters trick users to get access to a six-digit code in order to hack their accounts.
However, if you enable the two-step verification, you can save your account from getting hacked even if the fraudster has your code and number.
Once your verification is done, the hacker will automatically be logged out of your account.
