Hina Khan rose to fame with her debut show, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Though it was her debut, it didn't look like one. As Akshara on the show, Hina Khan won millions of hearts. She became a household name and managed to create a loyal fan base for herself. She played the lead role on the show for 8 long years. Her exit from the show disappointed a lot of her fans but they must all be happy seeing Hina in a new avatar today. Hina Khan took her career graph in an upward trend ever since then. She participated in reality shows like Khatron Ke Khiladi 8 and Bigg Boss season 11. Today, she is one of the most popular actresses of the telly world.
After her daily soap, her fans got to see a very different image of hers when she participated in reality shows like Bigg Boss. These appearances completely broke the bahu image Hina Khan had created during those 8 years when she played Akshara. In an interview, Hina Khan shared why she quit that show. She said, “I’m pretty much satisfied and happy with what I’ve done in these years. I got awarded so many times and received love and fame from my fans. I feel privileged to be a part of the longest running TV show. It’s nice and a great feeling, however, the continuity did not give me enough time to react. We had such a busy schedule that I did not even have a second to digest the appreciation that was coming my way. Now that I am out of the show, I see in retrospect all the appreciation I received and feel good.”
She added, “I was part of the show for eight long years. It became monotonous and therefore I had to move out. My character had done all that she could and there wasn’t anything new left to do.”

Next in Hina Khan's kitty was Ekta Kapoor's Kasautii Zindagii Kay. Hina played the iconic role of Komolika on the show and people went crazy. As Komolika, Hina Khan not only impressed us with her acting skills but her style picks too. We totally loved watching her play a negative character like this one.
While we were enjoying watching her character on the show, there were reports of her leaving the show. Earlier, Hina Khan announced that she was going on a break due to her prior commitments but soon Aamna Sharif joined the show as Komolika.
Last year, Hina Khan made her grand debut at the 72nd Cannes Film Festival. This was a big move in Hina Khan's career. Hina unveiled the post of her first Bollywood movie Lines at the film festival.
Recently, Hina Khan made her Bollywood debut with Vikram Bhatt's Hacked. The movie is getting a lot of love from the viewers and everyone is appreciating her performance in the movie.
