Be it breakfast, lunch or dinner, I can never say no to a crispy dosa, fluffy idli, coupled with flavourful sambar and chutney. Since the popularity of South Indian delicacies has been skyrocketing lately, Indian restaurants are keen to explore beyond the usual Idli-Dosa-Sambar and this is exactly where restaurants like Edesia come into the picture.
