If I had to name one food I could eat for a lifetime that would be South Indian Without a doubt. Be it breakfast, lunch or dinner, I can never say no to a crispy dosa, fluffy idli, coupled with flavourful sambar and chutney. Since the popularity of South Indian delicacies has been skyrocketing lately, Indian restaurants are keen to explore beyond the usual Idli-Dosa-Sambar and this is exactly where restaurants like Edesia come into the picture.
Well known for its lip-smacking dishes and vibrant food festivals, this time the multi-cuisine restaurant came up with its new food fest called ‘Dakshin Yatra’ bringing the rich and diverse flavours of South India right here in New Delhi. Located in Crowne Plaza, Okhla, chef Reghunath treated all his guests with his specially curated menu.
