HZ Food Review: Barista’s Mango Fest Is Here To Beat The Heat! Visit For A Summer Delight

The Gurgaon-based cafe and restaurant chain recently established its 400th branch at this location. Whether you are tired and weary or waiting to meet a friend, Barista’s newly opened cafe at Dwarka Sector 21 platform will help you feel at home. The cost for two people is approximately ₹750.

Barista Menu

Barista is known for its wide range of delicious coffee, shakes, and frappes. They also serve sandwiches, cakes, cheesecakes, etc. to accompany your beverages. In bigger Barista outlets, you can also relish savoury dishes including momos, sliders, pizzas, etc. Under the ongoing Mango Festival, the cafe is serving Alphonso Thick Shake and Alphonso Delight Gateau infused with handpicked fresh mangoes (Mango Shrikhand Recipe).

Some of their best-selling items on the menu include Brownie Frappe, Chicken Kebab Sandwiches, Paneer Sandwiches, and Cafe Macchiato.

Barista Ambience

The best thing I found about the Barista was how the subtle aroma of coffee guided me from the platform to the cafe. With comfortable seating, yellow lighting, and dull colours used on the walls and floors, the cafe radiates a cosy vibe. The vibe of the calls for romantic dates and due reunions. The comfortable silence in the space makes it perfect to spend your time with a friend chatting about all things life.

My Experience

Our visit to Barista’s all-new outlet was quite pleasant. We ordered from their Mango Festival menu out of which the Alphonso Thick Shake turned out to be heavenly while Alphonso Delight Gateau could not match the hype. We also tried their best-selling Chicken Kebab Sandwich and Brownie Frappe which comes with a comforting little piece of walnut brownie. The Sandwich has a rich smoky flavour to it with chicken pieces well-cooked, however, the Frappe stole the show for us with its creamy and thick texture.

Verdict

In my opinion, Barista is a cafe that can never disappoint you when it comes to beverages. We recommend you relish their frappes and coffee spending a cosy evening with someone special.
