How To Make Oats Smoothie?
- In a blender, add rolled oats and blend to get a fine powder.
- You can use a frozen banana or a fresh banana. With a frozen banana, you get an extra creamy consistency. Cut the banana and add to the blender.
- Next, add in the milk and yoghurt. Yoghurt gives the smoothie a creamy texture.
- Sweeten the smoothie with honey. You can also use maple syrup. Adjust the sweetness of your drink as per taste.

- Time to add in all the fruits of your choice. Chop fruits and freeze overnight. Use these fruits in your smoothie.
- Blend again and check for the sweetness. Add more sweetener or fruits according to preference.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy.
