Instant Khaman Dhokla Recipe
Mix besan and sour curd in a bowl.
Add all the ingredients and mix well. Pour more water to make a smooth paste.
Add fruit salt and quickly pour into a greased mould.
Steam for 20 minutes or Microwave for 4 minutes, then let it cool.
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chilies. Now add 1 tsp of sugar water.
Soak the cooled dhokla with the prepared water.
Cut into pieces and serve with green chutney.
