Spanish Gazpacho soup is a perfect one-time recipe which contains a number of fresh veggies and is easy to whip. All you need to do is, put fresh ingredients in a blender with some ice and you are sorted.
Gazpacho traces it’s origin to the Andalusia region of Spain. It gained popularity when the country was under the Islamic regime. Preferred by the ones who were of limited economic means, it was initially consumed as a liquid salad.
