Ingredients

  • 3-4 tomatoes (chopped)
  • 2 Onions (sliced)
  • Oil for cooking
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 3/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1-2 Green Chillies
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander Seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander leaves (chopped)

Step

  • Step 1 :

    Take a kadhai and add oil. Add coriander seeds and fry.

  • Step 2 :

    Next add sliced onions and green chillies. Cook till the onions become soft.

  • Step 3 :

    Now sprinkle all the spices - red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, garam masala powder and mix well.

  • Step 4 :

    Add the chopped tomatoes and mix.

  • Step 5 :

    Cook for 10-12 minutes. Keep stirring occasionally.

  • Step 6 :

    You will see oil separating from the sabzi. This means your sabzi is ready. Take off flame and garnish with coriander leaves.
