So today we’ll tell you about cheese pakora. Cheese pakoras are made by coating small pieces of cheese in a batter, then deep-fried until crispy and golden brown on the outside. Cheese Pakoras make a delicious snack or appetiser.

This popular Indian dish involves deep-frying cheese in a spicy batter made of gram flour, spices, and water. These can be served as an appetiser or a tea-time snack. Here is a simple recipe to make cheese pakoras at home:

Ingredients For Cheese Pakora:

Cheese Pakora

  • 2 cup gram flour
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup water
  • Oil for frying
  • Cheese cubes (cut into small cubes)

How To Make Cheese Pakoras:

1. In a bowl, mix gram flour, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, and salt.

2. Now slowly add water to the dry mixture and keep stirring until you have a smooth batter. The consistency should be thick enough to coat the cheese cubes.

3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.

4. Now dip each cheese cube (Chilli Cheese Toast Recipe) into the batter, making sure it is fully coated with the batter.

5. Carefully drop the cheese cube into the hot oil and fry until it turns golden brown. Make sure to turn the pakora occasionally so that it cooks evenly.

6. Once the pakora is cooked, remove it from the oil and place it on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.

7. Then you can repeat the same process for the remaining cheese cubes.

8. Serve the hot and crispy cheese pakoras with tomato and mint chutney with a cup of chai.
