1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Add enough water to make a smooth and slightly sticky dough. Knead well and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
2. In another small bowl, combine the minced chicken or mutton, chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, chopped green chillies, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt to it. Finally, add the chopped coriander leaves and beaten egg. Mix it well then set aside.
3. Now divide the dough into balls and roll each ball into a medium-sized circle. Place 1 tsp of the chicken or mutton filling in the middle. Gather the edges of the dough and bring them together to form a parcel.

4. Flatten the parcel slightly and dust it with all-purpose flour. Roll it gently into a thick paratha.
5. Heat a tawa or griddle over medium-high heat. Place the paratha on the tawa and let it cook for a minute or two. Drizzle a little oil around the edges and flip over. Cook the other side till golden brown and crisp.
6. Serve hot with your favourite side dish and enjoy your homemade Mughlai paratha.
