Ingredients

  • Bread slices
  • butter or olive oil for cooking
  • 8-10 finely chopped ‏garlic
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 tomato
  • black pepper
  • chilli flakes
  • herbs
  • 3-4 cheese cubes
  • salt as per taste

Step

  • Step 1 :

    Chop all the veggies and keep aside. Start grating cheese cubes and keep aside.

  • Step 2 :

    Add all the vegetables in a bowl and sprinkle red chilli powder, black pepper, herbs and salt.

  • Step 3 :

    Next add grated cheese in the bowl.

  • Step 4 :

    Take a pan and add some butter. Now add green chillies and garlic. Cook for a minute and take off flame.

  • Step 5 :

    Take a bread slice and spread the butter and garlic mix all over. Now spread the cheese mix.

  • Step 6 :

    On a pan, place the bread slice and let it cook. You can cover the pan so that the cheese melts quickly.

  • Step 7 :

    Transfer to a plate, cut diagonally and serve with tomato sauce.
