  • Start by heating a pan over medium heat and adding a tablespoon of butter. Let the butter melt and add a tablespoon of finely chopped garlic.
  • Saute this for two minutes and keep the mixture aside.
  • Take a bread slice and put it in the same pan. Add one and a half tablespoons of cheese to the slice.
  • Next, add half of the butter and garlic mixture to the bread and sprinkle with some salt and pepper.
  • Put another tablespoon of cheese over it, and cover the bread with another slice.
  • Let the sandwich grill on both sides for a minute until each side turns golden brown.
  • Add the rest of the butter and garlic mixture to both sides of the sandwich as you grill it on the tawa.
