Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp cashews
  • 2 tbsp milk powder
  • 1/s tsp butterscotch essence
  • 250 ml condensed milk
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp almonds
  • edible food colour as required

Step

  1. Step 1:

    To prepare this irresistible dessert, start with preparing praline. Heat a pan over medium flame and add sugar to it. Once the sugar starts melting, add chopped cashews or any other dry fruits to it. Cook for a couple of minutes then turn off the flame. Keep it aside and let it cool.

  2. Step 2:

    Meanwhile, whisk heavy cream using a whisker.

  3. Step 3:

    Next, take a large bowl and mix condensed milk, milk powder, edible food colour and butterscotch essence in it.

  4. Step 4:

    Now, slowly add the whisked cream and keep stirring continuously.

  5. Step 5:

    Pour the mixture into an aluminium container and put it in a freezer for 1-2 hours.

  6. Step 6:

    Now crush the prepared praline and sprinkle it on the top of the ice cream. Mix well.

  7. Step 7:

    Freeze the ice cream again for around 6-8 hours or overnight. Scoop the butterscotch ice cream in some crispy waffle cones and enjoy the flavourful dessert.
