Dahi Ka Paratha
Ingredients:
- 4 cup Wheat Flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 cup Hung Curd
- 2 tbsp finely chopped onion
- 1 large boiled Potato
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tbsp Chopped green chili
- 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander
- Oil for frying
Directions:
Take wheat flour and knead a soft dough. You can add 1 tsp salt and milk to the flour and keep aside cover with muslin cloth. Keep covered for some time. Now take a mixing bowl and add curd, boiled potato, onion, green chili, red chili, coriander, garam masala. Now divide dough in small size balls. Roll the ball using rolling pin. Spread curd stuffing on paratha and then roll. On a hot non-stick pan, roast your paratha by adding oil and make it crisp and golden. Enjoy with mint chutney or a cup of hot tea.
