Make tasty mixed veg parantha at home using this recipe which is filling and nutritious as well.
Take a ball sized wheat dough and dust it with some wheat flour.
Roll it in a circle.
Place the prepared mix veg stuffing in the centre and take the edge and start pleating bringing to the centre.
Join the pleats together and secure tight pinching off that excess dough.
Sprinkle some wheat flour and roll slightly thick. Place the rolled paratha on a hot tawa and roast both sides with oil.
