Ingredients
For Grilled Chicken
- 4 large chicken breasts
- 2 lemons (juiced)
- 50 ml olive oil
- 2 large pods of garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup mint leaves (plucked and chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Take a large bowl. Add mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, dijon, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Mix well.
- Add parmesan cheese and water. Keep stirring.
- Season with black pepper
- Your caesar sauce is now ready.
- Cover four plates with lettuce.
- Top it with all the remaining ingredients.
- Drizzle with dressing and serve immediately.

For dressing
- 4 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- red pepper flakes (crushed)
- Salt
- Black Pepper (grounded)

Instructions
- Take a large bowl and add all the ingredients for the dressing. Mix well.
- Boil a pot of water and add some salt.
- Add the pasta to the water and cook it.
- After the pasta is cooked, drain the water and rinse it.
- Take a large bowl. Add one tbsp olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper and chicken strips. Mix well.
- Cook these chicken strips from both sides in a pan.
- Now, mix the cooked chicken strips and pasta in a large bowl.
- Add onions, cherry tomatoes, olives, parmesan cheese, pepper and salt.
- Add salad dressing and mix well.
