  • Take hot water and soak the figs for 10 mins. Strain the water and chop figs and dates.
  • In a food processor combine figs, dates and pulse.

  • ½ cup flaxseed, roasted
  • ¼ cup candied orange peels

Method

  • Crush the flaxseed to a coarse powder.

  • 2 bananas, ripe and mashed
  • 1 cup rolled oats

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 180* Celsius.
