Sabudana Kheer
Sabudana is one of the best and most popular ingredients that are used to make several recipes during vrat. However, one of the popular desserts that you can try making with Sabudana is Sabudana Kheer. You will need ¼ cup sabudana/sago, ½ cup water for soaking, 3 cups milk full cream, ¼ cup sugar, 5 cashews cut, 2 tbsp raisins/kishmish, 2 tsp chironji, 2 dates finely cut, 4-5 almonds cut, and 2 cardamom crushed. Take soaked sabudana and boil it in water and milk on medium flame. Boil the same for 5 minutes and add sugar and other ingredients. Simmer for the next 20 minutes and keep stirring in between till the milk thickens. Your sabudana kheer is ready to be served.
Sabudana Ladoo
If you are someone who loves Ladoo then you can try making Sabudana Ladoo. You will need sabudana, ghee and sugar to make Sabudana ladoo. Mix all the ingredients in a small ladoo. It is easy and quick to make.
Makhana Kheer
Makhana or Fox nut is a healthy and vrat-friendly ingredient that can be used to make delicious Makhana Kheer (malai ki kheer recipe) during Navratri. You will need roasted makhana, cashew nuts, and milk to make kheer. Boil all the ingredients and garnish it with sliced pistachios and kesar.

Paneer Malpua
Malpua is a popular North Indian dessert that you can prepare using paneer to make it vrat-friendly. You can mix the ingredients with arrowroot for binding soak the same in sugar syrup and serve hot.

Apple Rabdi (besan atta halwa recipe) is one of the delicious desserts that you can try making at home. You will need apples, milk and garnishing to make this recipe. This rabdi is rich in creamy and nutty flavour making it perfect for the festive season.
