The 2016 romantic drama, Sanam Teri Kasam has swiftly crossed the Rs 50 crore milestone within 10 days of its re-release. The second inning of the movie has turned out to be one of the most successful stints. Despite tough competition from new releases and Vicky Kaushal’s historical drama ‘Chhaava’, the movie has managed to attract audiences to the theatres. According to the industry tracker website Sacnilk, Sanam Teri Kasam minted Rs 1.60 crore on its day 10, concluding its second weekend with Rs 4.35 crore. The romantic cult classic, once declared a flop, is now ruling at the box office. Re-released during Valentine’s week, the movie opened with Rs 4 crore on Day 1 and wrapped up its opening week with Rs 26 crore. The total collection on day 10 of the movie stands at Rs 34.29 crore net at the Indian box office.
