The wait is finally over. The much-anticipated first look of Nitesh Tiwari’s ‘Ramayana’ has been unveiled today, introducing audiences to its mythological world. The film stars Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram, Yash as Ravan, Sai Pallavi as Sita, Sunny Deol as Hanuman, and Ravie Dubey as Laxman. This marks the first official footage release from the film, which has been in the making for the past two years.

The teaser begins with visuals of the three gods from Hindu mythology, Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva, and sets the stage for the legendary battle between Lord Ram and Ravan, calling it the “war to end all wars.” It’s only toward the end that viewers catch a glimpse of Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram and Yash as Ravan. The visuals are matched by a powerful score created by Oscar-winning composers Hans Zimmer and AR Rahman.
