The pan-Indian sensation ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ has reinforced its position as one of Indian cinema's biggest commercial successes, achieving remarkable box office numbers in its fourth week of release. The Allu Arjun-starrer, which was released on December 5, 2024, continues to attract audiences from various language markets, showing remarkable staying power.

According to a Sacnilk report, ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ earned ₹0.35 crore net in India on its 26th day, across all languages, till morning. The movie's fourth Sunday (December 29, 2024) proved particularly strong, generating approximately ₹16 crore in domestic markets, pushing its total Indian collections to an impressive ₹1,157.7 crore.

As per a Sacnilk report, the film’s box office collections have been strong and steady across all languages.

In its first week, ‘Pushpa 2’ earned a total of ₹725.8 crore, with the Hindi version leading the charge, collecting ₹425.1 crore. The Telugu version followed closely, earning ₹242 crore, while Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam contributed ₹41 crore, ₹5.3 crore, and ₹12.4 crore, respectively.
In the second week, the film’s collections remained strong, bringing in ₹264.8 crore. The Hindi version continued to perform well with ₹196.5 crore, while the Telugu version added ₹53.4 crore. Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam contributed ₹11.5 crore, ₹1.83 crore, and ₹1.57 crore, respectively.

During the third week, Pushpa 2 earned ₹129.5 crore. The Hindi version brought in ₹103.05 crore, while the Telugu version earned ₹22.82 crore. Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam versions added smaller amounts, contributing ₹3.15 crore, ₹0.37 crore, and ₹0.11 crore, respectively.
Pushpa 2 Worldwide Box Office Collection
According to Mythri Movie Makers, ‘Pushpa: The Rule’ has achieved a significant milestone by crossing ₹1,700 crore in worldwide collections. This achievement positions the film alongside legendary blockbusters like ‘Dangal’ and ‘Baahubali: The Conclusion’ as one of the top three highest-grossing Indian films globally.
Directed by Sukumar, ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ is set to enjoy a largely uninterrupted run at the box office until the second week of January. However, with several big releases lined up for the festive period of Pongal and Sankranti, the competition will increase. Despite this, the film is expected to continue its strong performance thanks to its loyal fanbase and positive word-of-mouth.
