While netizens have mixed reactions, they cannot stop praising the performances delivered by Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Vikram.

According to a report published in Koimoi today, the film had already sold tickets worth ₹7.65 crores till 12 am. It is currently being screened at normal ticket rates. It is expected to attract a large number of people, and the IMAX version is also expected to do better.

The Indian Express spoke to trade analyst Ramesh Bala who said the film would do good in the market. It might not do as well as Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Pathaan’, but it will be among the highest-grossing movies of 2023. He is also expecting that the sequel would collect as much as the first part.
