With Kuch Kuch Hota Hai completing 25 years, Karan Johar has completed his silver jubilee as a director in the Hindi film industry. Taking to his Instagram, the director shared a heartfelt note.

The caption read, "25 years ago is where it all began…and here we are today celebrating not just a film but an EMOTION for me and from all the love we get for it, I gather it is for everyone too…"

The Karan Johar debut direction ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’ took the entire audience by storm with its refreshing and happening concept of the cool college life. The fantasy-like life that he creates in this movie is the centre of attraction for us all.

As the legendary film gets a re-release, you must be wondering where to watch it. To answer these doubts, ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’ will be released in the theatres on three screen in Mumbai on the 15th of October. However, that is not the coolest part of the movie. What has us in tears is that the ticket for this Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol and Rani Mukerjistarrer will only cost Rs. 25! Surprisingly, not so surprisingly all the tickets got sold out within 25 minutes.
