According to the latest Sacnilk report, ‘’Fateh’ made an estimated ₹0.2 crore net on its opening day, January 10, 2025. The film had a modest 10.60% occupancy across India on its first day, which is below expectations for a film with such high anticipation.

The occupancy rate for ‘Fateh’ varied across several key regions. The film saw a 15% occupancy in Mumbai, while in the National Capital Region (NCR), it stood at 13%. Other major markets like Pune and Bengaluru reported occupancy of 18% and 12% respectively. However, places like Hyderabad and Kolkata saw minimal audience interest with just 7% and 5% occupancy, respectively. According to the Sacnilk report, the overall morning occupancy for the film remained low across India, with no significant changes in the afternoon, evening, or night shows.
Fateh Faces Tough Competition From Ram Charan’s Game Changer
One of the key challenges faced by ‘Fateh’ on its opening day is the strong competition from the much-anticipated Ram Charan-starrer, ‘Game Changer’. As per the Sacnilk report, 'Game Changer' has already garnered impressive box office collections, with a Rs 26.8 crore estimate for its opening weekend. The clash between the two films has generated significant buzz online, with many fans discussing their preferences and comparing the two films.

Besides ‘Game Changer’, ‘Fateh’ also has to contend with the continuing success of Allu Arjun’s ‘Pushpa 2’, which is now in its 6th weekend at the box office. ‘Pushpa 2’ is expected to continue to draw audiences, further limiting Fateh’s potential to dominate the box office in the coming weeks.
