This is in addition to a massive response from the Hindi belt and decent numbers from the dubbed versions in Telugu and Tamil. Trade insiders indicate that the film is set to break the opening day records of the biggest 2025 hits and is likely to open with a ₹100 crore start in the domestic market, including paid previews.
According to Sacnilk reports, the film has already sold over 2,85,752 tickets nationwide. National cinema chains such as PVR-Inox and Cinepolis are reporting near-full occupancy for morning shows in major metros such as Mumbai and Delhi. When including the special ‘Paid Previews’ scheduled for the evening before the official release, the total ticket count has already crossed the 6 lakh mark, proving that Ranveer Singh’s portrayal of the undercover agent Jaskirat Singh Rangi remains a massive draw for the masses.

Dhurandhar 2: The Revengeis officially set to release in theatres worldwide on March 19, 2026. The makers have strategically timed the release to coincide with festivals such as Eid, Gudi Padwa, and Ugadi, ensuring a long holiday weekend that could propel the film toward record status. For those who cannot wait, special ‘Paid Previews’ will begin on the evening of March 18 across approximately 5,000 screens in India.
