How Your Face Gives Clues About Your Internal Health: Expert Reveals

Face mapping diagnoses health issues, allowing individuals to address concerns through diet, lifestyle changes, or medical consultation, promoting holistic well-being.

face and internal health connection

Did you know your face can reveal clues about your internal health? Thereโ€™s a fascinating connection between facial features and our bodyโ€™s organs, which is also known as Face Mapping in scientific language.

What Is Face Mapping?

Face mapping, also known as facial reflexology or face reading, is a practice rooted in traditional Chinese medicine and Ayurveda. In this practice, the experts analyse your face to determine the health of internal systems and organs. The concept is based on the idea that different areas of the face correspond to specific organs or body functions.

In an Instagram video posted on @versatilevivesgallery, Dr Dimple Jangda, a renowned Gut Health and Ayurveda Coach was seen sharing her insights on the topic. During the conversation with Gunjan Taneja, an ACE Certified Health Coach, Dimple revealed that our face gives messages and signals about the health or condition of various parts of our body. โ€œNot many people know but this is an intuitive and holistic approach to study health that has been practised since 5000 years. All your organs are connected,โ€ said Dr Jangda. She further explained the connection between different facial parts and internal organs.
