Tadasana Or Mountain Pose
To do the Tadasana or mountain pose, you have to first stand straight on a mat, keep a little space between your legs, take a deep breath, extend both your arms and move your hands upward. Then you have to lift your heels together, come onto your toes and remain in this posture for some time with slow and deep breathing.
The Tadasana is believed to be very beneficial as it helps the muscles of your body get stretched, makes it flexible, provides relief from spine pain, and increases your mental awareness.
Padahastasana Or Head-To-Foot Pose
The Padahastasana or Head-To-Foot pose is done by first standing straight on the mat, slowly moving both hands above the head, bending the body from the waist and bending downwards as you exhale but only from the waist, trying to touch your feet with both your hands, placing your head on your knees, and remaining in this posture for as long as you can and concentrate on breathing.
Its benefits include improved blood flow in your body, reduced hair fall, relief from migraine problems, improved digestive system, and strengthened thighs and knees.
Naukasana Or Boat Pose
To do the Naukasana or Boat Pose, you have to first lie down on your back as you keep your feet together and your hands next to your body, then take a deep breath, lift the chest and legs off the ground, and move the arms towards the feet. This will help the abdominal muscles contract and you will feel some tension in the navel area. You must take deep breaths while remaining in this posture for a few seconds.
This will help your overall health, reducing your belly fat, strengthening your hands and shoulders, removing stress, improving your digestive system, and strengthening your spine.
