An inspiration for those trying to lose weight, her nutritionist Karishma Boolani revealed her diet mantra. The nutritionist called out people who count calories and grams and said, "Human body is not a computer and does not work by numbers that go in and are burned. So we should not obsess over the numbers.”

During the session, when someone asked what is more important diet or workout, Karishma responded, “It is primarily diet that determines how much weight you will lose. However, it is an exercise that helps your overall health. So they both are somewhere extremely important.”

For those who think that ketogenic diet must involve a horde of non-vegetarian protein, Karishma explained that the best way to follow Keto is about having a high-fat good vegetarian diet with meat being just a condiment.

The nutritionist further revealed that one needs to identify the carbs they are eating.

"If the food item is 100 grams in weight and has 100 grams of carbs, you must avoid it. But if you are eating spinach, it has 1 gram of carbs per 100 grams, making it an ideal vegetable. So it is important to focus on foods that are high in nutrition and low in carbs,” she shared adding that fat loss is more important than weight loss because the weight that a person carries is also essential for their body.
