She follows different techniques and this time it is yoga. The actress works hard on her sculpted body and keeps a check on herself by living a healthy lifestyle as well. Practicing brick yoga regularly at @thedivayoga has not only helped me improve my practice of yoga but continues to empower me to find my balance and fitness."
The 45-year-old has been sharing a number of videos as well. One of the videos is captioned: "Yoga is a way of life that motivates you, grounds you, tones you mentally & physically, makes you mindful and invokes a feeling of happiness in you."

What Does Malaika Eat?
Speaking on her diet, Malaika says she prefers eating anything but healthy and that too in moderation. She said in a book titled ‘Gorgeous: Eat Well, Look Great’ that: “I don’t believe in any of the fad diets I read and hear about. I just follow simple principles when it comes to my diet."

As per media reports, the "Chhaiyan Chhaiyan" actress Malaika loves homemade food. She is a sucker for snacks on nuts and fruits. Oh and she never lets herself de-hydrate. She sips on water, coconut water, fruit or vegetable juices. Her dinner is light and unlike us, the 45-year-old avoids carbs at night.
