It was earlier during the 2021 lockdown that politician-actor Khushbu Sundar begun her weight loss journey. If you follow her on social media, you know she is quite active and keeps sharing daily snippets from her life.

When she first shared her after weight loss picture in June, everyone wanted to know what was the reason behind her transformation. Khushbu Sundar took to her Twitter handle and wrote, "Many ask me the reason behind my transformation. blame it on lockdown… no help for 70days… was singlehandedly dng all work at home; sweeping, dusting, mopping, dishes, laundry, gardening n cleaning the toilets too. Ofcz workout (yoga+plank) played a major role. And I am not a big eater."

Khushbu Sundar's weight loss journey didn't pause after losing 10-15 kgs of weight. She continued working out on her body all this while. Recently, she shared an old and a new picture of herself on her Twitter handle and captioned the post, "From there to here. 20kgs lighter, I m at my healthiest best. Look after urself,remember, health is wealth. N those who ask if I am sick, thanks for ur concern. I never been so fit ever before. If I inspire even 10 of u out here to lose weight n get fit,I know I have succeeded ❤️."
