Hina Khan is hogging limelight everywhere she is going these days. She has bid farewell to her role Komolika for her while but her recent grand debut at the Cannes made us all go crazy. Ever since then, people are talking about her, from her fitness to  flawless beauty, everyone wants to know her beauty and fitness secrets.

Hina has come a long way, she made her television debut with the serial, Ye Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai back in the year 2009. After 8 long years with the show, Hina left the show and went on to participating in reality show, Bigg Boss. She then also participated on the show Khatron Ke Khiladi. Now she is stepping in the world of Bollywood with her movie, Lines. Hina launched the poster of the movie at the Cannes film festival. 

Coming back to Hina Khan's fitness and beauty, Hina recently chatted with a media house and shared her fitness secrets. She shared that her diet includes two things that she never skips. What are these? Read on.

Hina Khan doesn't miss eating curd with her meals. Curd has good bacteria that maintain the health of her immune system. Curd is also very beneficial for teeth health. Curd is loaded with calcium which is great for your body. Curd also helps in weight loss. It keeps your body hydrated and full of energy. Hina loves sipping coconut water through the day. She has this refreshing drink atleast 2 times a day. Coconut water increases the metabolic rate of the body which further helps in weight loss. Coconut water is loaded with antioxidants, amino acids, vitamin C and B complex which is great for your body.

Hina Khan follows a strict diet chart to maintain that toned body. Other than having coconut water and curd everyday, Hina also makes sure that she does these two things:

1. Hina drinks a lot of water throughout the day. Hina drinks around 4-liter water in a day. This prevents hunger pangs in between the meals that make one overeat. Drinking water all day helps her keep her metabolic rate high and this helps in maintaing her body weight. This also makes her face glow. 

 

2. Hina Khan's diet includes both vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods but usually, she stays on a fruit diet. If not raw fruits, she has fruit smoothies. Hina says a big no-no to refined sugars and maida.
