Swimming, pilates, yoga, weight training and dancing keep Disha busy and fit. She dances not just for leisure but for burning calories and working on her cardio as well. In fact, during the filming of Kung Fu Yoga with Jackie Chan, she learnt 'Square dancing' and incorporated it in her regimes.

The actress is also a trained gymnast and in addition, she goes to the gym every week. Disha religiously goes for the gymming sessions that too twice a day as she believes it keeps her body active. Weight training is what she loves the most and in the mornings she practices yoga.

In an interview to Hindustan Times, she accepted that abs maintenance is no piece of cake and you don't work on them daily, they can be gone the next day. Unlike what most people presume, Disha Patani does not believe in just gorging on soups and salads. Disha told in her interview that she loves Delhi food. She lived in Delhi for a period of six months when she was pursuing B. tech in Noida. However, she dropped out in the second year. Speaking of her love for food, the actress does have a cheat day which is once every week. She indulges in desserts which are also her weakness and burns those calories during rest of the following weekdays.

For lunch, Disha has a plate full of carbs and proteins. The combination of rice and chicken is her favourite. During her dinner time, Disha concentrates on having protein-rich food. This could also mean a bowl of eggs. For liquid, Disha laps as much water as she can to keep herself hydrated.
On the work front, Disha was last seen in Malang which released in February this year. Her co-stars were Aditya Roy Kapur, Anil Kapoor, Kunal Khemu, Elli AvrRam, Keith Sequeira and Makarand Deshpande. She will next be seen in KTina and Radhe.
