If you stop hitting the gym two days after working out regularly then its time you really take out the gym thing out of your head. Yes, you need to stay fit and workout for it but spending hours in the gym, giving it all your time and effort is not possible for all.
A lot of us have hectic work schedules that don't allow us to take out time for ourselves so that we can work out on our bodies. We need a workout that doesn't consume much of our time but helps us maintain our health and fitness.
Well, we have a similar kind of workout plan for you. You don't need to hit the gym, go to the park or buy new equipment, all you need is take out 15 minutes from your day.
Stair Climbing

There is no better workout than climbing stairs. Going up and down on your stairs throughout the day can help you lose weight. Stair climbing can go from slow to fast as per your speed. Don't start with a high speed as it can hurt you. This a great exercise for your legs. But you are also able to tone the muscles of your entire body by climbing stairs regularly.
Stair Hopping
If you want to lose weight quickly then this is a great workout. You need to jump on the first stair with both your legs. As you hop on the first, you can go onwards to other stairs. You can also come back down and repeat it. If you climb up all the stairs then come back walking slowly.
Lunges

Start with the base of the staircase, take a lunge position, where you take one leg forward on the third step of the stair. Hold on that step and then repeat. This will tone up your legs.
Stair Push-Ups
You don't even need a mat to do your push-ups. Stand at the base and place your hands on the third step. Keep your back straight and bend to touch your chest to the staircase. Repeat.
Squat And Run
Kareena Kapoor and her best buddy Amrita Arora are gym freaks. But not like they are always doing it using equipments. There are days when they hit the staircase. Amrita shared this video where she and Kareena are running steps and then doing squats as they run down. They are sweating like anything and this proves how this workout will help you burn calories.
Celebrity fitness expert Yasmin Karachiwala also shared a stair workout on her Instagram page. She shared this fun video and also shared the number of sets she did. This is a functional workout. Yasmin wrote, "#FunctonalFriday is back!!!!

This is a full body workout and targets on legs, back, chest, arms, abdominals and a little bit of plometrics😊
1. Moving Squats with pulse - 3sets x 15 reps on each side
2. Incline Push ups - 3 sets x 15 reps
3. Moving Triceps Dips - 3 sets x 15 reps
4. Elevated Mountain Climber - 3 sets x 15 reps on each side
5. Moving Squat Jacks - 3 sets x 20 reps
