  • In a day, we do not pay attention to our body postures. Do you? Stretching helps in improving your posture. Did you know? Apart from improving your body posture, stretching is also beneficial in reducing musculoskeletal pain (caused by injury to the bones, joints fractures and sprains)
  • It also prevents back pain. With increasing unhealthy eating habits and sitting for long hours in office, back pain is quite common amongst women. This is where stretching comes to rescue
