This mother of two adorable daughters, Alisah and Renne, took to her Instagram handle and shared a workout picture with Rohman Shawl. “To train with a partner, is to know alignment of energies!!! She does a lot of core exercises including mountain climbers using TRX which helps in keeping hips, abs and core muscles stable. Earlier, she posted a video on her social handle, where she is seen sweating out like a boss with Rohman Shawl. “To inspire one’s self on an off day...it helps to shoot what you can’t see & then...show off OF COURSE Besides, sometimes we need to see our wings, before we fly!! #sharing #workinprogress #togetherness #team #love #strech #me I love you guys,” she wrote.

Some of her favourite exercises are cardio, crunches, pilates and yoga. On her 42nd birthday, she posted a pic flaunting toned abs like a boss and captioned it, “Slowly but surely!!! I begin training again post all my travels to meet the body I want as my 42nd birthday month begins!!! let some SAY it can’t be done...I’ll keep it simple & just DO it!! My body...My rules!! Every year I celebrate every line..be it on my body or on my face!!! I have earned them.”

Sushmita Sen knows and understands the health benefits of exercise. She begins her day with a breakfast of ginger tea+3 egg whites+bowl of porridge+vegetable juice. Her lunch comprises of rice+dal+vegetable curry/meat and she eats a fruit afterwards. Lastly, in the evening she has a bowl of upma or idlis with coffee. Similarly, you can also be in the best of possible shape by following her diet plan. Just some more hard work, that’s it.
