One of the most common questions people have while trying to increase their water intake is how much they should be drinking. You'll be more likely to drink more water if you have a nice bottle that is easy to carry around with you. There are water bottles available in the market that have hourly reminders on them, along with motivational quotes that push you to drink more water.
Set A Goal And Track It
Setting a goal and tracking it makes you more motivated. For example, you could set yourself the goal of drinking 24 ounces of water every morning before work. Have a couple of water bottles stashed in different places around the house so you can grab one and take a sip when you need to, like in the kitchen, bathroom or bedroom. This is especially helpful if you work from home, as this will let you drink from any bottle that you will find lying around.

Add some fruit or vegetables to your water to make it more interesting, flavourful and healthy!
